    Preferred file types:
  • PDF: Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (embed all fonts)
  • EPS: Encapsulated Postscript
  • WMF: Windows Metafile Use the "convert fonts to curves" option when creating files for uploading

    Other acceptable file types:

  • CDR: Corel Draw (ver 9 or earlier. Upload also any nonstandard fonts)
  • PMD or PM6: Pagemaker (ver 7 or 6. Use "copy files for remote printing" option)
  • PUB: Microsoft Publisher (Upload also any nonstandard fonts)
  • TIFF: Uncompressed TIFF bitmap graphic
  • BMP: Windows bitmap graphic
  • JPG: Jpeg bitmap graphic
  • DOC: Microsoft Word Document (Word 97 or earlier)
  • RTF: Rich Text Format (use only for simple text)

While we can handle these file formats, output layout may vary somewhat from your computer.

Layout program (CDR, PMD and PUB) files require that fonts also be submitted if you have used fonts not already in our system.

Bitmapped graphics (TIFF, BMP, JPG) reproduce best at 100% of original size. They are not recommended if you need any degree of enlargement.

Word processing (DOC and RTF) tend to vary the most from the look on the originating computer. They are not recommended where graphics or complicated layouts are included.
